A storm with high winds caused a massive sign at the Potomac Mills shopping center (Woodbridge, Virginia) to nearly collapse. The sign was so close to the I-95 freeway (one of the busiest highways in the USA) that it had to be shut down for several days, and a nearby IKEA store had to be closed, also.
